MANILA, Philippines— A total of 134 party-lists are vying for seats at the House of Representatives.
Commission on Elections spokesman James Jimenez said 61 seats are available for party-lists.

He said the first round of allocations will be given to those who got 2% of votes garnered for all party-lists. They will then be given guaranteed seats based on this percentage.
Winning party-lists and nominees granted guaranteed seats are expected to be proclaimed on Tuesday.
