CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand — Thousands turn up at a student-initiated vigil outside one of the mosques where the Christchurch shooting took place, pledging to carry on in 'peace, love and unity' as students perform a traditional Maori haka in tribute to the victims.
The traditional Maori ceremonial dancehas been performed by groups across New Zealand in the wake of killings.
And in Auckland, students at Orewa College gathered to form a heart and the message "Kia Kaha" -- "stay strong" in Maori.
