WATCH: Pia Wurztbach on Olivia Jordan, Miss Colombia, Pacquiao tweet
MANILA, Philippines — Pia Wurtzbach hopes she is able to take Miss USA Olivia Jordan to the Philippines in the near future.
In an interview with Philstar.com and other members of the press on Sunday, the reigning Miss Universe said it would be fun if she could bring Olivia to the Binibining Pilipinas pageant later this year.
"I think would be fun, for her to see what it's like here. I mean, she's well-loved here in the Philippines anyway," Pia said.
Olivia is the 64th Miss Universe second runner-up and the Internet's imposed "best friend" for Pia after the pageant's result mix-up.
The Pinay beauty queen said she is still in contact with other Miss Universe candidates after the pageant and they communicate via an online messaging app, but she has not spoken to Ariadna Gutierrez of Colombia even after their separate interviews with Steve Harvey for his morning show (Pia said she greeted Ariadna on her birthday last year).
In this video, Pia talks about taxes, local showbiz and her controversial declaration after Manny Pacquiao's match with Floyd Mayweather Jr., among other issues.
