Pizza is probably the most appreciated food in the world. There is just something about pizza that makes it so irresistible, and science has found a way to explain why.
American Chemical Society has explained the chemistry that takes place on a pizza with a video, part of the organization’s Reactions series.
According to them, it is not just about the dough and cheese, we could all thank the 'Maillard Reaction.'
