Video of the Day: Kids react to a 1950's 'typewriter'

Alixandra Caole Vila - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Years ago, playtime means being out in the streets playing with neighbors and homework means jotting it down on a paper or if you have enough money, typing it using a typewriter. This generation, playtime means gadgets and homework means "googleing" it on computers. Typewriters had been long outdone by computers, smartphones, laptops, and tablets because most of the kids of this generation has probably not used one. What happens when they are asked to use a tool they are unfamiliar with?

Fine Brothers created a video with kids ages 6 to 13 attempting to use a 1950s era typewriter; and the results would definitely make you feel old. Most of the kids in the video admitted to have seen a typewriter, but when asked how the tool functions, the answers were hilarious, entertaining, and quite imaginative.
