MANILA, Philippines — President Benigno Aquino III graced the graduation rites of the Philippine Science High School on Tuesday and encouraged the students to strive to address the country's need for more scientists.
"Kailangan kayo ng ating bayan. Umaasa nga po ako: Sa mga susunod na panahon, bilang mga alumni na magtatagumpay sa larangan ng agham, ay maninindigan kayo para sa interes ng nakakarami," Aquino said.
