MANILA, Philippines - Charismatic religious leader Bro. Eddie Villanueva echoed many sentiments saying the country's recent back-to-back economic achievements have not translated to better life for the poorest Filipinos.
"We have to give honor to where honor's due, we have to praise (President Benigno Aquino III) for his successes. And problema, hindi inclusive, naiiwan ang masang Pilipino," Villanueva said.
In the first part of his exclusive interview with Philstar.com, the Bangon Pilipinas party-list bet laid down his plans for the country once he is voted to senator on May 13 and reveals his plans on contributing to the sought-for "inclusive growth."
