Delos Reyes: From a dynasty, but against dynasties

MANILA, Philippines - Senatorial candidate John Carlos "JC" delos Reyes of Ang Kapatiran party had been outspoken against political dynasties, even when he was criticized for being a member of a respected clan in Olongapo which includes former Senator Richard Gordon.

"I told my family I'm going to be anti-dynasty, nagalit yung pamilya ko sa'kin, even up to now," delos Reyes admitted in this exclusive video interview with Philstar.com

Delos Reyes, a successful businessman owning a brick construction firm, also vowed to forgo his rights under the Bank Secrecy Act--long questioned for preventing transparency in governance.
