Maguindanao massacre victim still has faith in Pnoy
MANILA, Philippines--The widow of one of the victims in the Maguindanao massacre still has faith in President Benigno Aquino III to help them in getting justice for their loved ones.
Editha Tiamzon, wife of slain UNTV employee Danilo Tiamzon, said she has confidence that the President would keep his promise to them.
"Malaki po ang tiwala namin na makakamit namin sa inyo ang katarungang hinahanap namin," a teary eyed Editha told reporters.
She was reacting to reports that several government officials have been acting as "bridge" between suspended ARMM governor Rizaldy Ampatuan, one of the accused in the Nov. 23, 2003 carnage of 58 people in Maguindanao.
