Maguindanao guv frustrated over Ampatuan special treatment

Maguindanao Gov. Esmael "Toto" Mangudadatu has expressed dismay over the alleged special treatment given to members of the Ampatuan clan detained at the detention facility inside Camp Bagong Diwa, Bicutan, Taguig City.
