Despite the slow start during the first day of canvassing, the joint canvassing body composed of the Senate and the House of Representatives were able to finish an additional 126 certificates of canvass (COCs) last Friday (May 28) from the Overseas Absentee Voting. Out of the 278 total COCs the joint session canvassing body still has 147 COCs left to count.
