Christmas is always an exciting- dazzling-much-anticipated time of the year! It evokes a magical feeling that inexplicably buoys the spirit. For Christmas is a time of renewed faith, a time of family, a time of love, a time of giving and sharing. Above all, a time to give thanks to God above for His blessings to us … and helping us be a blessing to others!
In the midst of the holiday rush, and the anxieties that go with it – let us find quiet moments to remind ourselves that Christmas is not just a matter of glittering lights and tinsels, of gifts and parties. With the crass commercialism that characterize Christmas – may we remain focused on the true spirit and significance of Christmas.
