Philippines goes to UN tribunal
The country’s action of presenting its arguments against China before the arbitral tribunal pays tribute and honor to the Filipinos greater respect to the rules and institutions that the international community has created.
We stood a legal battle against China’s territorial claims before the United Nations.
Why China with all its might and power is too afraid to face the Philippines in the international court of law? Did they sense that the law is on Philippines’ side and that their illegal occupation of our territories will be declared unethical, uncivilized and illegal?
