Isn’t any ID showing age enough?

May we call the attention of all concerned that giving priority or discount to senior citizens with any valid government-issued ID showing  the age of the holder is enough, I had this experience with the conductor of  Saulog bus no. 782 bound for Olongapo on September 6  who insisted he will only honor a Senior Citizen ID. May we therefore request Saulog bus company to consult their lawyer on this matter. To conductors of other buses just seeing the passenger is enough. Conductors of Saulog buses despite seeing the appearance of the passenger still insist for a senior ID.

Sometime ago lawyer Romulo Macalintal was not given discount despite showing a waiter his government-issued ID. He called the attention  of the management of that restaurant that any government-issued ID showing the age of the holder is enough. — Leonardo Canta, Panapaan IV, Bacoor City
