Thoughts to guide us by (For December 2013)

Christmas stir sentiments and  wraps warm  memories  to brighten our hearts’ most cherished gifts.

Christmas is a time for reflection on the  things done to make a positive difference in the lives of others. A time for thanksgiving for the blessings received, for the trials that  shaped, strengthened, and molded us to become better, compassionate, caring persons.

Christmas is the time for reaching out to our desperately-in-need Kababayans currently experiencing the most-devastating-and-challenging time of their lives. To do all we can to better their plight!

Christmas is a time for giving and sharing . . . generously and cheerfully.  To give whatever and all that we can — humbly and sincerely. It gives immeasurable joy for the giver and recipient. It is love in action!

Christmas is the time for hopes renewed, for fervent prayers that as the year ends — a much better year  awaits brightly on the horizon. May we all find it in our hearts to experience fun,  laughter, peace, sharing  in  this  season of joy.   With  vigorous optimism, hard work and unity —  we shall overcome!  The BEST shall  descend  upon us … having experienced the worst!!
