Thoughts to guide us by for June 2012

With God by our side, life can be a lot easier — not because things will always go our desired ways, or that nothing can go wrong ever again. It is mainly because God gives us the needed strength and guidance as we go walk on the highway of life.

God’s infinite love imposes no conditions. Nor does it seek anything in return. It is a gift from Him to us . . . freely, lovingly and unconditionally given!

His love is a shield against a harsh world. A shelter to run to when besieged by life’s inevitable swings of ups and down. A rainbow to believe in to get us through our stormy days. An answer to every problem. A companion, who make us feel we are never alone.

He is an all-knowing-all-mine-to-give-and-help God. Ever-present, ever ready when called upon… just a prayer away. Let go of our cares, lift them up, and let God take over… alone we cannot do it! Allow Him to carry our burdens — there is no burden He cannot bear for us. No load too heavy He cannot carry for us. His is an endless, boundless love!!!
