MANILA, Philippines - Thanks for your article on the good roads being demolished for filling materials. It hasn’t crossed my mind that some people could be so lacking in conscience to orchestrate such maneuvers.
The repaving of good roads is happening everyday and many times it’s the same portion over and over. Such a waste of taxpayers money that could be used to build new roads. Near where I live, Sto. Domingo Avenue from Del Monte to Sgt. Rivera has never been cemented since the time of Marcos.
