CEBU CITY, Philippines — Sixty SM technical-vocational scholars completed their training from SKILLS – School of Knowledge, Industrial Labor, Leadership and Service Inc. in Cebu City recently.
This is the first batch of SM techvoc scholars who graduated from SKILLS.
The batch is led by Cyril Garcia, who delivered her valedictory address sharing, the hardships and challenges she went through. She graduated with high honors under the Home Economics program of SKILLS.
