Sharing the philosophy of Panasonic founder Konosuke Matsushita, Yasuhira said, “We must consider the knowledge that we have as a tool to help us in life. It can be extremely useful, but when we abuse, it can be damaging. In some cases, it can even harm those whose life it is supposed to enhance. So, I ask our scholar to make use of her education as a tool for the benefits of mankind.”
Dr. Rovillos also, after offering words of wisdom to Cagaoan, commended Panasonic for its commitment to contribute to nation-building efforts through the Panasonic scholarship programs.
