The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - AMA Education System recently partnered with Google Philippines to raise the bar higher in terms of IT Education. Arnel Hibo, AMA Computer University first vice president, Edwin Santos, AMA Education System vice president for information technology inked the contract with Jerome Locson, Google Education for the Philippines program manager, and Dhinno Francis Tiu, Singularity Solutions Consulting general manager.

Google Education, a project of Google, unifies all apps offered by Google such as Gmail, Youtube, Drive, Groups and other productivity tools. Google Education, continues to build a foundation of technology by investing in innovative communities connecting them through the cloud and making learning a great experience.

AMA students are enabled with effective and efficient tools, which allows them to collaborate with their studies real-time, anytime, and anywhere. They are offered online learning and productivity channels that will hopefully make learning more reliable and interesting.

Teachers can also benefit from Google Education as they hold online tools to make their classes more innovative. As a whole, the entire AMA Education System will have a more organized and efficient work by going digital using and implementing Google Education Apps. Everyone under AMA will be connected across any distance through their browser-enabled or Google Application supported mobile phones.
