MANILA, Philippines - Two public elementary schools in Albay province are set to end the school year with brand new classrooms and a multi-purpose covered court, thanks to National Grid Corp. of the Philippines’ (NGCP) rigorous campaign on improving public school facilities.
More than 400 students from Penafrancia Elementary School in Daraga, Albay will be looking forward to continuing their studies with the addition of a two-classroom building built through NGCP’s donation.
