Alfredo Benitez (3rd District, Negros Occidental), Armita Rufino (president, Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation, Inc.), Mayor Francis Frederick Palanca (Victorias City, Negros Occidental) did the ceremonial wine toast during the signing ceremony of memorandum of agreement among Department of Education, Betty Bantug Benitez Foundation Inc. and Playtech during the donation of Interactive White Board in Teaching -Learning Process Modernization, to improve the delivery of quality education we need modern technology  in terms of teaching-learning process.
