Are you ready for the biggest summit for young people?
The Global Youth Summit, or more commonly known as GYS, is a gathering of thousands of youth leaders from all over the country in pursuit of designing their future, developing their leadership skills, and delivering on the promise of a better society—one person, one community at a time.
It will be held on September 7, 2012, Friday at the SM North EDSA SkyDome with over 1,000 college-level student leaders (SK, student council, organizations) from all over the country participating as delegates.
Organized by the world’s largest youth-run organization, AIESEC, the Summit aims to inspire not just the youth of the Philippines, but also the rest of the world, by cultivating a more global mindset, learning from other cultures and addressing relevant issues that plague our global society today.
GYS 2012 in 3D: Design. Develop. Deliver.
This year, under the premise of instigating actual social change, GYS 2012 aims to extend its impact beyond the one-day event. It aspires to instill a lasting mindset that the youth can do something concrete and substantial by generating innovative ideas with a specific vision for the future, grounded by tangible solutions.
