MANILA, Philippines - Vibal Publishing House, Inc., the country’s leading publisher of educational materials for basic education, officially launched its “Touch the Future of Learning” program at the annual gathering of members of CEAP, a national network of Catholic educational institutions in the country. The event was held on Sept. 21-23 in multiple venues across the Davao City, site of the famous Kadayawan Festival.
The “Touch the Future of Learning” campaign seeks to reinforce Vibal’s lead in the production and marketing of quality educational products that aim to address the need for rich media content in the wake of the digital age.
It also strives to promote a healthy synergy between traditional and digital formats, developing materials with highly student-centered focus while keeping up with the changing attitudes of the modern Filipino youth.
These materials promote a healthy learning environment that challenges the creativity and imagination of learners while providing educators with more flexibility and less of the troubles associated with traditional teaching methods.
The annual convention also coincided with the launch of the third edition of Vibal’s bestselling We Celebrate God’s Love 1-6 and Our World in Math 1-6, which will now come with interactive CD-ROMs. The latest edition of New Trends in Math 1-VI will similarly be launched during the course of the conference.
This year’s national convention also served as a springboard for a series of demos for the Vibal 21st Century Classroom.
The Vibal 21st Century Classroom is an interactive classroom and lesson management facility that provides both educators and students with innovative teaching and learning solutions, engaging students and strengthening interaction by fostering a discursive student-to-teacher, student-to-student, and student-to-learning tools association.
Vibal is likewise set to define the standards for technology-aided education in the country as it introduces the pioneer line of enhanced digital textbooks for grade school and high school levels.
