MANILA, Philippines - The Applied Corporate Management (ACM) of De La Salle University College of Business, commenced its 15th anniversary celebration by gathering DLSU administrators, industry partners, and ACM alumni and students in a fun-filled event at the Top Shelf, Global City on March 19.
The ACM program was developed by DLSU through the initiative of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines in their desire to have graduates who are able to integrate themselves immediately into the industry. The program incorporates three trimesters of internship sandwiched between academic terms. Partnering with the top companies in Metro Manila, the program has produced over 400 graduates since its inception.
A recent graduate tracer study shows that ACM students are able to find jobs quicker and are given better opportunities in the workplace due to their early industry exposure.
The event was sponsored by Citibank NA, DMCI Homes Inc, De La Salle Alumni Association, PGA Cars, Sunlife Financial, Miladay Jewels, Intraceuticals, and Belle de Jour Enterprises.
