MANILA, Philippines - The PWU Center for Culture, Arts, Music and Sports in partnership with the Alfonso Yuchengco Foundation and the Bayanihan Folk Arts Foundation, Inc. will hold Sayaw, its two-week intensive summer dance workshop from April 5 to 17, 2010 at the Conrado Benitez Hall of the Philippine Women’s University. A culminating production will be staged at the CCP Main Theater on April 18 at 3 p.m. Now on its 16th year, the Sayaw summer workshop affords children, teeners and dance enthusiasts to experience learning dances, songs and music from the internationally-acclaimed and multi-awarded Bayanihan, the national dance company of the Philippines.
