Math website looking for Filipino scholars

MANILA, Philippines - An online open forum community is looking for Math scholars in the Philippines.

YourMathGuru.com (YMG) is offering a scholarship program in the country for underprivileged children.

“I am personally honored to help Math students who cannot afford getting advanced education. I will assist them through the scholarship grants that YMG will provide and help cover the cost of tuition and other educational expenses,” YMG Scholarship Program Executive Director Enrico Paolo Bugarin said.

At least 25 students will be awarded every quarter, each grant costs US$10,054.

“The scholarship of YMG will not only provide them with funds to increase their knowledge in Math but will also allow them to have more opportunities that will help their families once they complete their education,” Bugarin added.

YMG is a website that aims to establish and unite students who have a common love of Mathematics.

The website offers assistance for algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, analytic geometry, complex variables and combinatorics.
