MANILA, Philippines — Classes at the Baguio campus of the University of the Philippines were disrupted by a bomb threat Wednesday.
University officials dismissed all classes and evacuated students, faculty and staff to the Japanese Garden, an open area inside campus.
Baguio City police, meanwhile, launched search operations for the supposed explosive.
Some students took to social media showing dismay over the suspension of classes.
Others are also advising their fellow students not to go proceed to the campus for the day until authorities have cleared the area.
