MANILA, Philippines - Twenty summa cum laude graduates will lead the 103rd general commencement exercises of the University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman on Sunday.
Leading the elite group of graduates is Ralph John Ugalino, Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, with an weighted average grade of 1.067. Graduates with overall grades of 1.2 or better are awarded the highest honors in the university.
