Bomb threat stops classes, work in ADMU

MANILA, Philippines - Classes and office work at the Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU) have been suspended on Wednesday from 12 noon onwards amid a bomb threat the university received this morning.

Sanggunian ng mga Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila, the university student council, relayed a message from the school's president, Jose Ramon Villarin, SJ reporting that units from the Philippine National Police are now sweeping the campus. All units in ADMU are advised to execute evacuation procedures similar to fire drills and go home.

Villarin said announcements will be posted online.
