So, let us protect the sanctity of our ballots. Giingon nga ang imong single vote greatly counts.

Sa iyang column sa The Philippine Star, si Iris Gonzales nagkanayon: “It’s a critical time in our country today and I am watching with bated breath. Political tensions are worsening.” Hinaut nga ato pang makaplagan ang evasive kaayo nga kalinaw ug kahiusahan. Hugaw ba gyud ang politika? Tubag sa Google: “Politics is not dirty. ”Bitaw, per se, dili man hugaw ang politika. But how, ug kinsa ang mouna sa pagpanglimpiyo?

Pipila sa mga sugyot sa Google on how to combat corruption and promote good governance: “Enhance international cooperation and partnerships; Deny safe haven; Recognize reform.”

“Faith is powerful medicine,” matud ni Tyrone M. Reyes, M.D. Giingon dinhi nga “Studies have found that people who practice a faith have less heart disease, lower blood pressure, fewer strokes, less depression, faster recovery from illness, and may even live longer.”

Nindota no? Apan, akong sabut, faith kini nga gi-practice sa naghupot og nagkalainlaing Tinuhoan o belief (dili exclusive). Ug faith kini with action, dili sa hunahuna ug sa pulong lamang. “Faith means having strong belief systems, whether you’re religious or not,” quipped ni Reyes.

Niay atong nakutlo gikan sa Google: “Doctors bring spirituality to work. Physicians reflect on how faith influences their practice, and share moments of spiritual connection with patients. Faith medicine is a method of treating diseases by prayer and exercise of faith in God.”

Why is faith important in healing? “A study shows that people who have faith in religion, recover more rapidly and more completely. Other studies have shown that people who are remembered in prayer also heal more quickly and completely, whether or not the patient themselves were involved in the prayer.”

What does God say about doctors and medicine? “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick' (Matthew 9:12). Jesus did not condemn using doctors and 'earthly remedies.’

Komusta man ang imong faith in God?
