Ang sunod nga presidente

Ang pulong neurotic nagkahulogan og mentally maladjusted, disturbed, abnormal, disoriented, disordered...sa laktud, masakiton og utok, apan, dili necessarily nga buang.

Matud ni Miriam: “In the Senate, there are neurotic individuals. The most notorious act of plunder was the abuse of the pork barrel system, a major source of kickbacks for lawmakers which the Supreme Court had ruled as unconstitutional.”

Mipadayon si Miriam: “If you hear a candidate saying certain things, you can be sure he will commit plunder if given the opportunities.”

Sa ako na’ng giingon, crucial kaayo ang umaabot nga election. Nag-atubang kita’g crises.

Kinahanglan ang sunod nga presidente, makahaw-as kanato gikan ning maong crises. Otherwise, mahitumpawak kita sa tumang kalisdanan.

“It is time for change,” matud ni Hector Villanueva sa iyang column sa Philippine Star.

“The truth is that the public is bored with elitist politics and disenchanted with DAP-fed politicians while the poor continue to wallow in poverty, ignorance, and misery.”

Tinuod, giluod na ang lungsod sa mga traditional politicians nga nagpaburot lang sa ilang bulsa, samtang kita’ng mga kabus nagpabilin nga naglunang sa tumang  kawad-on.

Mipadayon si Hector. “The next President should have a long term vision that will transcend his own fixed term.

The new leader is not only expected to be honest, fair, sincere, crudite and strong-willed, but is also expected to be the servant of truth with the force of character to inspire others to follow him with confidence.”

Niay mga pangutana ni Hector, nga kamo ray makatubag: What kind of a candidate are we looking for to lead this country to a new era of peace, stability and prosperity?

What are the leadership attributes that are expected from the next President? Should the new leader explore new horizons and experiment with new political systems?
