Ato na kining natubag sa una natong mga lindog … apan, karong bag-o adunay nangutana kanato bahin niini kay matud niya, ang Constitution & By-Laws sa bisan unsa nga organization, maoy makahiusa sa mga sakop ug makapalig-on sa pundok.

As a national organization, duly registered sa SEC ug accredited nationally sa DSWD, ug recognized sa balaud, ang FSCAP adunay Constitution & By-Laws. Ato na kining namantala dinhi, dugaydugay na, nakalimot na tingali mo. 

Nindot kaayo pagkaumol ang atong Preamble, ania: We, the elderly citizens, who are sixty (60) years old and above, imploring the aid of Almighty God, in order to build a just and humane society and establish an Association that shall embody our ideals and aspirations, promote the common good, conserve and develop strong society of the elderly in our country, and secure to ourselves and our posterity the blessings of independence and democracy, protected and respected by the State to enable to pursue and protect within the democratic framework, our legitimate and collective interests and aspirations that will contribute to nation building; to serve the senior citizens who are less fortunate, to help them survive during the remaining years of their lives filled with joy and contentment.

Di ba, nindot kaayo? Take note, nga samtang maoy atong gitinguha ang kaayohan sa mga senior citizen, ang atong Preamble, naglantaw pa sa unahan nga makatampo kita pagpaugmad sa atong nasud. Aduna pa kitay pagpakabana pagpalambo sa nasud. Nga ang nation building kaakohan sa tanan, lakip ang mga senior citizen,tapus mogahin og daghang katuigan sa ilang kinabuhi pag-alagad.

Specific objectives: 1) To promote a strong and effective working body that will help and coordinate with the DSWD and other government and non-government agencies in the promotion of the general welfare of the elderly citizens.

Isip lead agency, sa kanunay ang mga kalihokan sa FSCAP coordinated sa DSWD, uban sa mga ahensiya sa kagamhanan, ug non-government nga mga ahensiya, hinungdan nga kining atong mga kalihokan karon, sama sa Senior Citizens Month sunod buwan, ato kining tambayayongan uban sa nagkalainlaing pundok sa mga NGOs sa dakbayan.

2) To provide a unified and dynamic organization that will support social legislations, programs and activities that will benefit the elderly citizens. Sa ato nang gibalik-balik dinhi maoy atong tinguha ang panaghiusa aron molig-on ang kahugpongan.

3) To initiate programs and social activities that will involve the elderly citizens of our population to the end that the remaining years of their lives may become more productive, more useful, more meaningful and be filled with joy.

Niining atong pagsaulog unya sa Senior Citizens Month, ihikling ta makadiyot ang politika, mag-usa ta as an organization, ug ipadaplin lang una nato ang personal natong mga hilig sa politika. Ma-Tomas ka man, ma-Mike, atong paningkamotan nga magmalampuson gihapon ang atong pagsaulog sa October Senior Citizens Month.
