Thank you, Supreme Court-NPC

The National Press Club of the Philippines is so thankful to the Supreme Court for acting on its petition to constitute the present Regional Trial Court branch trying the infamous Ampatuan Massacre into a special trial court for Maguindano to handle only one case: the trial of the accused in the brutal killing of 57 persons including 32 journalists.

The same petition of the NPC prays for the installation of a videogram and television monitor just outside the massacre trial court in order to allow journalists to cover the ongoing trial even if the trial room inside the Bureau of Jail and Management and Penology (BJMP) compound is not sufficient to accommodate and too hot inside to sustain.

The Highest Court required the Department of Justice, the Office of the Solicitor General, and the lawyers of the accused Ampatuans to file their comment or opposition to the petition of filed by the NPC along with Alyansa ng Filipinong Mamahayag (Afima).

In its latest order, the SC granted OSG’s motion for additional time to file the required comment.

 The said order was copy-furnished the Office of the President, Judge Jocelyn A. Solis-Reyes and the petitioners in the petition to allow live television coverage of the trial.

 The NPC filed the petition for the purpose of speeding further the trial of the accused in the massacre that occurred on November 23, 2009 in the town of Ampatuan, Maguindanao.

 It has been noted that the trial has been delayed and one the causes has been is that the handling court, RTC Branch 221, attends to other cases raffled to it in the regular course of its business.

 The NPC is therefore hopeful that the petition is acted on in the soonest possible time.

Karlo Alexei Nograles, dehins na dapat sayangin ang salapi sa buwis ng madlang people para i- campaign ang paggamit ng  artificial  na paraan ng pagpaplano ng pamilya na isinusulong sa ilalim ng Reproductive Healthcare bill.??Ayon kay Nograles, millions of pesos ang ibinubuhos ng mga company na maker ng contraceptives like condom para maakit at mabenta ang kanilang products.??Sabi ni Nograles,  ginamit pa si Robin Padilla para isulong ang paggamit ng articificial contraceptives.??Demoralized si Nograles, sa P3 billion allocation para sa RH billl regarding sa approval ng Kongreso.? 

Bida ni Nograles, last October may P400 million funding ang na approved para ipambili ng condom at  echetera na contraceptive bilang suporta sa population management program nito.??Tanong ni Nograles sa mga kuwago ng ORA MISMO,  ang madlang people ba sa Philippines my Philippines ay mga ‘maniac', para lamang paglaanan ng P3 billion ang pagbili ng condoms at mga pills.

Sabi ni Nograles,  hindi na kailangan ng  Philippines my Phlippines ang batas sa reproductive health dahil malaya namang nakakapagdesisyon ang mga mag-dyowa kung gaano kalaki ang kanilang magiging pamilya. Abangan.
