Kasagutan hinggil sa bulok na sistema ng passport application ng DFA Davao

MATAPOS kung mailathala nitong Biyernes sa kolum ding ito ang bulok na sistema sa pagkuha ng passport sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Davao, agad nagpadala ng kanilang kasagutan.
Biyernes ng umaga sa aking radio program Imbestigasyon ng BAHALA SI TULFO sa DZME naiparating ko na sa tanggapan ni DFA Assistant Secretary ESTRELLA A. BERENGUEL ang reklamong bulok na proseso ng DFA Davao.
Laking gulat ng kanilang tanggapan at hindi makapaniwala. Agad silang nangakong aaksiyunan ang reklamong ito. At narito ang kanilang kasagutan.
Bukas ang kolum na ito sa lahat ng mga kababayan natin sa Mindanao upang maiparating ang ano pa mang reklamo laban sa DFA Davao.
Hindi namin titigilan ang DFA Davao hanggat hindi nila binago ang inirereklamong sistema sa passport application.

Re. : Complains Against Procedures in Passport Application

RCO is hereby directed to submit its report on the procedures implemented/followed in passport application in view of the complaints aired over the radio this morning in an interview by Mr. Ben Tulfo with Director B.L. Catalla and was also published in todays issue of Pilipino Star NGAYON.
The report should includes the explanation on actions done in each and every step to include the alleged booking arrangement with 4-day waiting period before an application can be filed, the average daily passport issuance and the number of staff tasked to process application.
The report should be made available today, as copy of the same will be furnished Mr. Tulfo, which will be published in his column. A copy of the news article mentioned above is enclosed for your reference.
