Ang mga public schools na nanghihingi ng contributions

Ito ay para sa mga public school officials sa buong bansa na hindi sumusunod sa memorandum na ipinalabas ni Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) Secretary Raul Roco. Mahigpit na binabalaan ni Secretary Roco ang lahat ng teachers na patuloy na naniningil ng tuition fees at contributions na aabot sa P100 hanggang 350 sa bawat batang estudyante.

Schools Division/City Superintendents
The following policies on enrollment in public schools shall be strictly enforced:
1. No school fees or contributions shall be collected during enrollment.
2. The period of collection for voluntary contributions authorized in previous school years such as Boy Scout, Philippine National Red Cross and Anti-TB shall be announced later after the institutions receiving these contributions shall have submitted their financial reports to DECS.
3. In cases where an enrolee is unable to present this/her birth certificate or baptismal cerficate attesting to his/her age, the enrollee or the parent shall required to execute an affivadit and this shall be accepted by the school.
4. Separate guidelines shall be issued for the collection of PTCA fees, school publication fees, ID fees and other school fees which may be authorized for voluntary contributions on a specified date during the schoolyear.
5. Any violation of this Order by school official or teacher will be deal with administratively.
