Ex-Pres. Duterte, dadalhin sa korte sa Netherlands

Para alamin kung wasto ang pagdakip - Malacañang

MANILA, Philippines — Ihaharap muna si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa isang korte sa Netherlands bago siya ihatid sa International Criminal Court (ICC).

Ito ang sinabi kahapon ni Palace Press Officer Undersecretary Atty. Claire Castro nitong Miyerkules.

Ayon kay Castro, didinggin muna ng korte sa Netherlands kung wasto ang ginawang pag-aresto kay Duterte sa Pilipinas bago siya dalhin sa ICC.

Kung makikita naman ng ICC na nagkasala si Duterte sa kinakaharap nitong kaso na crimes against humanity, sinabi ni Castro na depende sa mga hukom kung paparusahan ang dating pangulo ng pagkakakulong ng hanggang 30 taon o habambuhay.
