Kontrobersiya ang pangalang “Mary Grace Piattos­” na nakasulat sa acknowledgement receipt bilang isa sa mga tumanggap ng confidential funds ni Vice President Sara Duterte noong 2022

Hinikayat nitong Huwebes ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez si Vice President Sara Duterte na personal na dumalo sa pagdinig ng House blue ribbon panel at ipaliwanag ang paggasta sa P612.5 milyong confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President at DepEd na dati nirong  hinawakan.

Pakikilusin ng Blue Ribbon panel ng Kamara ang Philippine Statistics Administration, National Bureau of Investigation at Philippine National Policepara imbestigahan ang Mary Grace Piattos at Kokoy Villamin na kapwa recipients ng milyun-milyong confidential funds ni Vice President Sara Duterte.

Tumanggi si Vice President Sara Duterte na magbigay ng komento kaugnay kay “Mary Grace Piattos.”

Inilagay lamang sa malalaking gym bag ang kabuuang P612.5 milyong halaga ng confidential funds ng Office of the Vice President at Department of Education ni Vice President Sara Duterte nang i-withdraw ito sa bangko ng kaniyang Special Disbursing Officer.
