Naked vagrant only covers the front

SOMEONE NEW. People in this Cebu City barangay are becoming used to the sight of a psychotic vagrant roaming around naked. When someone told his neighbors there was someone roaming around naked they told him it was “that guy”.

“Di lahi ni. Nagkupot siya’g dahon gitabon sa iyang atubangan. Pero ang luyo makita gihapon,” he said.

His neighbors agreed this was someone new.
