A motorist could not help but heap praises after learning that the potholes on a flyover near a business district in Cebu City have finally disappeared. During the early part of this year, he noticed that such flyover had been riddled with fissures that inconvenienced some vehicles, especially small ones like motorcycles. “Karon, napatag na gyud intawon.
