Learn to laugh

THOUGHTS TO GUIDE US BY - Elvie Punzalan-Estavillo - The Philippine Star

As we celebrate the month of hearts, remember that a happy heart does our bodies good like a good medicine. That laughter does lighten the heart as it acts as a natural tranquilizer. Helps calm the soul, relaxes our bodies and minds – with the release of feel-good hormones called endorphins!

Though every heart has its own themes and rhythms in life’s different stages, being happy is a philosophy we all can adopt. Laugh whenever you can – it is FREE! It is the bright sunny side of our existence. Laughter is contagious! Spread it! Enjoy it! Surround yourself with people who love to laugh and are generally happy… they emit some magnetic healing power, and are wholesome and fun to be with!

Laughter makes us realize that many daily life happenings are not really worth getting worked up about. Helps us not get overwhelmed or upset with small-yet-oftentimes-irritating things and situations – if we learn to laugh about them. Laughter acts as a therapist within us! Hoho, hahaha!

Laughter helps breathe back energy, happiness and enthusiasm to our lives. Thus, keep us alive… healthily, hahappily, positively! LOL!

Peace, laughter, safety, abundance to us all!
