Bollards gone missing

STOLEN, DAMAGED. Many of the bollards installed in designated bike lanes in one particular barangay are now missing. According to EAR source, some were stolen by scavengers, some were taken to be made playthings by children who found out they were soft, while others were just run over by cars or jeepneys.

“Usa ka row lagi, halos wa na nabilin,” the source said.
