Police visibility

An EAR informer was glad to report that more policemen have been deployed in their barangay to man checkpoints.

“Nalipay ko’g dako kay ang mga tawo magpanagana og gawas (I am extremely happy because people now think it twice before going out),” he said. He shared that before the policemen were deployed, many of his neighbors would just roam the streets when they felt it.

Now, he said, they are scared. “Kay istrikto ang mga pulis. Sitahon gyud ang way travel pass (Because the police are strict. They really apprehend those without travel pass),” he said.
