Hugs aren’t always the answer

MISIDENTIFIED. During a company-sponsored reunion, a recent graduate greeted who she thought was a beloved teacher with a hug and kiss on the cheek. However, it was only after she did those things did she realize it was not the teacher she was close with at all. In fact she realized she and the teacher really didn’t like each other in school.

“Hala, abi g’yud nakog si (name of teacher withheld) to. Si (name of another teacher withheld) man diay to. Abi unya niya friends na mi,” she told a friend.
