He won, but she gets the money

HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE. After a man won big in a betting game, his friends expected the usual “for the boys” night of drinking and bingeing. However, it was not to be. When the man’s friends later asked him where his winnings were, he said it was with his wife and he could no longer touch it.

The man said it was actually better for his wife to hold on to the money. She was a level-headed woman and knew how to budget. He, on the other hand, might just blow through it in a week…or even less.
