DEFINE SAFE. Netizens got busy discussing online after a collaborative online database reported that Cebu City was among the 10 safest cities in Southeast Asia. Some agreed, but most strongly objected.

 

“How did they come up with this data?” one netizen asked.

“Did they see that recent video of a snatcher taking a girl’s phone? They call that safe? I don’t even want to check my cellphone in the jeepney anymore,” another netizen said.
