Luxury in four wheels

THE GROWING EXCLUSIVE GROUP. With higher incomes, cheaper cars, and accessible car loans, more Cebuanos are now driving their own automobiles. This is even true with luxury cars. In fact, Cebu now has showrooms for BMW, Mercedes Benz, Chrysler, and other high-end car brands. This has made some people curious, how some of these people acquire the resources to buy such cars? A driver quipped, "There so many millionaires now in Cebu!"

VANITY. A group of friends just had enjoyed their stay at one of the popular mountain resorts in Cebu. Travelling back to the city, they could not help but admire the Porsche that speedily passed them. After half an hour, they were surprised that the Porsche was parked by the side of the road. At first, they thought the Porsche may have had a flat tire or some engine trouble but to their surprise, the owner was actually taking pictures of his car, taking advantage of the foggy weather. And adding to their surprise, the owner is a successful businessman in the design industry.
