Unhappy with IEC pavilion

THE EAR - The Freeman

FOOD. Not everybody is happy about the amount of money spent on the IEC Pavilion.  A taxi driver said the money, P70 million, should have gone to food and vitamins for malnourished children in the barangays.

NEIGHBOR. "How does one expect to go to heaven if he just keeps on building pavilions instead of helping his neighbor?" the barber continued, shaking his head.
