Norman's dream
The Phl is drafting new rules on the custody of erring US servicemen under the Visiting Forces Agreement. That's the lone good offshoot the Laude transgender case has brought about.

"May na lang, Pre, nga wa ko maminyo kay way mopugong nako sa akong pagka lalaking Mother Teresa," he said to me in jest one dinnertime when I was still in fine health. Brod Ricky is a member of a Catholic Brotherhood society whose advocacy is helping neglected street children.
