A certain Madrigal is involved in a scandal at the Capitol. Who he? When I was a kid I often heard parents admonish their children: "Ayaw patuya'g gasto, di ka si Madrigal."

Back then, Madrigal stood for wealthiness. If you were extra rich you were a Madrigal or you were called that, a Madrigal. Until this day, I don't know who was that Madrigal they were talking about. The country now has many extra rich people.

It says here that the Lower House has approved the bill granting 20 percent discount to students on all kinds of passenger transport. Isn't there already such a fare discount for students? And hasn't there already been a bitter argument between students and drivers and/or conductors of PUJs on this discount thing?
